UNI!, we understand better!
More than anything, the goal of UNI! is for kids to have fun playing the game as they learn about the European Union. UNI! is about experiencing collective challenges while serving our regions. The game can also provide a base for explaining the principle of solidarity that the European Union is founded upon ̶ the principle found even in the Rome Treaty!
UNI!, to better understand Europe!
-
One objective of regional policy, the European Union's main investment policy, is to improve citizens' quality of life.
Regional policy encourages European territorial cooperation and therefore the sharing of experiences and collaboration. The dynamics of the UNI! game are based on these mechanisms of solidarity, whether within your own team (a region) or with other teams (several regions).
Educational immersion
With UNI!, each child is immersed in a collective adventure that results in decision making and solidarity with his partners.
After each game has been played, the teacher can illustrate it with actual examples of projects developed at the national, regional and sometimes international level.
Each game box includes a file explaining the game's educational uses as well as possibilities for in-depth study in a school setting.
